Towards fostering trust and ensuring transparency, fairness and non-discriminatory conduct on the ONDC Network, Network Participants are required to publish disclosures in compliance with the ONDC Network Policy.

Buyer Apps are required to publish two disclosures

• 1. Explanation of sorting parameters along with their relative importance (as required under Clause 2.3.3 (k), Chapter 2 Business Rules)
• 2. Minimum standards for displaying search results to buyers (as required under Clause 2.3.3 (k), Chapter 2 Business Rules)

Seller Apps, including Logistics Service Providers, are required to publish disclosures on differential treatment towards Buyer Apps (as required under Clause 2.4.6 (b), Chapter 2 Business Rules)
