Reconciliation & Settlement Framework

Reconciliation and Settlement Framework (to be referred as RSF) is to be implemented by Network Participants (NP), such as Buyer App, Seller App, Logistics Apps etc. in the ONDC Network. Reconciliation and settlement between Network Participants and Sellers or Buyers shall be outside the purview of this framework. The construct defined will provide contours for participants to settle funds against transactions to respective parties and create an audit trail of transactions. The RSF is developed with an aim to achieve enhanced transparency, efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.
