Reconciliation & Settlement Framework

RSF (Reconciliation & Settlement Framework) 2.0, including the inter NP reconciliation flow, depicts the end to end settlement flow, i.e., payout flowing from source to destination or vice versa, for transactions on the ONDC Network.

The value proposition and benefits of RSF 2.0 are as follows:

• Increased speed and autonomy for Seller Apps to receive payouts owed to them and their respective Sellers on Record (SoRs)
• Timely payout settlement to Sellers on Record (SoR)
• Secured fund flow as ensured by an objective 3rd party as SA (Settlement Agency), leading to heightened trust not only among network participants, but also on the ONDC network
• Payouts settlement at scale owing to SA’s existing infrastructure and a standardised onboarding process for all NPs alike.
